Det står ju att Ägaren inte fick använda sina försäkringar till att betala 600 miljoner $ för sanering av WTC 1 o 2 + 3 flygplatser.
Inget dokument som säger att detta hamnade på leasingtagarnas konto.

Okej, vi tolkar nog texten olika du och jag, men varför tror du att 9/11 myths skriver att det vore vettigt för Silverstein att använda problemet för att driva ner priset, om det ändå inte var han som skulle stå för kostnaden?

NY Times anser inte att affären var en förlust för Silverstein. Och argumentet att kostnaden för asbestsaneringen skulle göra affären till en förlustaffär tas inte ens upp i artikeln. Det tolkar jag som att det var Silverstein som skulle stå för kostnaden, men enligt NY Times innebar det ingen förlust.
