We always told you on this page not to mistake patience with weakness, and not to mistake ability with choice.
We will not get "trigger happy" with details, its us who always tell you to stick to official statements when the case is about engaging foreign sides.
Thus and in the absence of an official statement from the General Command of the Syrian Military, we are in no liberty to discuss or share any further details but we can make the whole picture clear.
Last night and early this morning, SyAAD effectively imposed a no-fly zone over Southern Syria, Southern Lebanon and even Northern Occupied Palestine to a certain extent.
After foiling their attack, a confirmed downing of an F-16I and hitting at least another F-15I which made an emergency landing; Zionists attempted to attack SyAAD locations in Southern Syria using Stand-Off missiles without getting close to even their Northern Airspace.
SyAAD dealt with all the incoming missiles according to which is more dangerous, to our knowledge no casualties were reported among SAA and SyAAD; no material damage as well.
Most of the Stand-off missiles were successfully intercepted, and the small number that was not landed in empty lands inside or around the intended bases. Given that SyAAD deal with the most dangerous and do not waste resources on the non-dangerous targets we have reasons to believe the missiles that made it were never intercepted at first place.
Also, their attempt on the T-4 AFB never made it close to the AFB despite their baseless claims.
We cannot disclose more info on that matter, we don't claim to know all the rules of engagement or their changes and we await the details from the General Command of the Syrian Military.
