"I spoke with a still shaken Stanley G. Hilton via email today regarding the break-in at his office in Burlingame on September 22nd 2004. We had originally spoken that night shortly after he had discovered the break-in and filed a police report on the incident.

On the evening of September 22nd 2004, upon arrival at his Burlingame California office, Stanley Hilton discovered it to have been ransacked. I spoke with him via telephone moments after he had finished filling out the police report as he described papers scattered everywhere, knick-knacks thrown about, bookshelves overturned, and most importantly “huge files missing”.The police officer at the scene said that it seemed that the burglers wanted to make it obvious that they had been there. If true, this represents a clear act of intimidation. Mr. Hilton described the break-in as identical to one that occurred six months ago at his San Francisco office.


Stanley was audibly upset as he described what had happened. While many files were taken, Hilton says not to worry, as he keeps multiple backups in secure locations. However Stanley and I both believe that the break-in may have had more to do with finding out what is in his files, than it did with destroying the files and was probably also meant to send a threatening message of intimidation.


The USA PATRIOT Act, which Stanley Hilton seeks to have declared unconstitutional, allows warrantless searches by entities such as the FBI. Stanley believes that the burglary of his Burlingame office on September 22nd was probably one such example of the abuse of power that is The USA PATRIOT Act.


This comes, a week and two days after a media blitz on the lawsuit began with a well publicized interview on the Alex Jones Show on September 10th, a Japanese primetime TV special on Septmber 11th, an interview on the Meria Heller Show on September 20th, and with numerous other radio shows scheduled. Previous threats and burglary occurred in March and April of 2003 after Stanley Hilton had done an interview with Alex Jones regarding his federal lawsuit against the Bush Administration for orchestrating 9/11, subverting The Constitution, and waging an infinite war of conquest based upon lies and deception.


Shortly after that interview, on April 12th 2003, Mr. Hilton's car was broken into, while parked in the secure parking garage at his San Francisco office location. In the last few days Stanley has been receiving death threat phone calls on his cell phone.One caller identified himself as "Jimmy Tiger".


On the 21st (the day before the recent break-in) in what Stanley thought was a random crime unrelated to his legal practice, his car was broken into and is checkbook and other personal items were stolen. That incident cost him three hours of valuable work time sorting out things at the bank

In Mr. Hilton's email which I received tonight, he points out that during the "Pentagon papers case", Richard Nixon's minions broke into Daniel Ellsberg's doctor's office. He stated that such break-ins are an "M.O." of the quasi-Nazi elements within the Republican Party."

WAS THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK COMPLETELY EMPTIED OF GOLD IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK ON 9-11-01?

On the morning of September 11, 2001, there were $167 billion dollars in gold bars in Federal Reserve vaults in the basement of the World Trade Center.

Since the destruction of the twin towers, there has been much speculation as to what might have become of all of the gold.

A female caller to the Bill Bochiers radio program on WLW, Cincinnati (11-06-04) told of a report from her friend who worked at the WTC. The friend said that on the morning of 9-11 she was on her way to her job at the World Trade Center, along the route she normally took. As she turned a corner at the base of the Center, she saw two large flat bed trucks parked at one of the entrances. One of the trucks had already been loaded and had its contents covered by a large tarp. The second truck was in the process of having its bed loaded with stacks of solid gold bars.

Both sides of the street were lined by black uniformed troops with machine guns who kept an eye on the operation and on the surrounding area.

The bewildered woman kept a distance from the activity and watched as the second truck was loaded, and its contents covered with a tarp. The two trucks were then driven away with the soldiers traveling along as escort.

The woman was so stunned by what she had seen that she turned around and did not report to work that morning, which, as it turned out, most probably saved her life when the towers were attacked and destroyed only about an hour later.
