We address you as the new leadership of the Escobar Gaviria family , aiming to inform you about significant changes in our organization's management. After a thorough internal review, we regret to inform you that we have uncovered improper practices carried out by the former CEO of Escobar Inc, Olof K Gustafsson.
1. That Escobar Inc has been created by the former CEO Olof K Gustafsson, despite initially founding the company with the owner's knowledge and permission, managed the entirety of it without informing the owner of any activities undertaken. At this juncture, for the moment, we are unaware of whether additional companies have been created without explicit authorization to enter into agreements on behalf of the family, highlighting the need for a thorough investigation to clarify any additional unauthorized activities.
2. We confirm the former CEO utilized the brand “Escobar” or “Pablo Escobar” and the company Escobar Inc for personal gain, acting in self-interest to the detriment of the values and principles that have characterized Escobar Gaviria family in this new journey.
3. We want to make it clear that these actions were taken without the explicit consent of the legitimate owner of the company Roberto de Jesus Escobar Gaviria. This a violation of trust and the responsibility that comes with leading our organization will take measures in this matter.
4. Regarding any visual material that may have been created with the involvement of the company owner Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria, we want to clarify that this occurred under manipulation and improper exploitation of trust. We commit to taking measures to address any misunderstandings arising from these actions.
5. In light of the above, we declare the invalidity of all previous agreements made by the former CEO of Escobar Inc Olof K Gustafsson. Escobar Inc, is not representing the Escobar Gaviria family, The family have never get any benefits or money for the deals he made, there is work in progress to recover all the assets the bellongs to the family that have been taken of Olof K Gustafsson through Escobar Inc, and probably other companies.
6. Any inquiries, information, or proposals for new agreements should be directed exclusively to the new CEO of the company Escobar Gaviria LTD, Jani Perkonmäki, who has full authorization to carry out any necessary management.
