Dr. Wecht said that there was some question about the backward and leftward movement of the President’s head and upper body after Frame 313, but he also said that a neuromuscular reaction could occur within about one-tenth of a second.
Drs. Spitz, Lindenberg and Hodges reported that such a motion would be caused by a violent straightening and stiffening of the entire body as a result of a seizure-like neuromuscular reaction to major damage inflicted to nerve centers in the brain.

According to O'Donnell, Russo told him that he did not know if Shaw was at David Ferrie's apartment the night of the alleged meeting to plot the assassination. Russo stated that if the were pressed for an answer, he would have to say that Shaw was not present. He further stated to O'Donnell that "he was under a great deal of pressure and that he was sorry that he ever got involved in this mess".

EXCERPT OF PROCEEDINGS IN OPEN COURT
Afternoon, February 12, 1969
CROSS-EXAMINATION BY MR. WILLIAM WEGMANN:
Q: Now, Mr. Sciambra, for the record, you are the same Andrew Sciambra who has been participating in this case as an Assistant District Attorney, is that right?
A: That is correct.
Q: What did he find -- do you feel you objectively reported what Russo told you on February 25 in Baton Rouge?
A: I reported it to the best of my ability. That would make me a sloppy memorandum writer but it doesn't make me a prostitute.
Q: What?
A: Some twenty-six inaccuracies, twenty-six inconsistencies, differences between my interpretation and Perry's words.

Normally no inference can be drawn when one invokes a right secured to him by the Constitution. However, in the circumstances of this case the court believes that it can and it does draw the narrow inference from Russo's action, that even today, he at least has substantial doubts as to the truthfulness of the testimony he gave in state court.
- Garrison
- De forensiska hypnos-läkarna
- Garrisons övriga inblandade stab (utom Tom Bethell)
- Matt Heron, Phelans fotograf...
