Order of 6 March 2013:
1. Rafał Ratzman from Kołobrzeg was declared bankrupt with a possibility
conclusion of an arrangement.
2. He left the bankrupt management of his property.
3. Calls on the bankrupt's creditors to submit claims
Judge commissioner within 1 month from the date
publication of the bankruptcy notice in "Monitor Sądowy
and Economic ".
4. Summons persons who have rights in rem and
personal rights and claims on the property belonging to the property
to fall, if they were not disclosed by the entry
in the land and mortgage register, to report them within 1 month
from the date of publication of the bankruptcy notice in "Monitor
Court and Commercial ", under pain of losing the right
being invoked in bankruptcy proceedings.
5. Appointed SSR Mariusz Dańczyszyn as Judge Commissioner
and Izabela Tomala as a court supervisor.
6. Bankruptcy proceedings will be conducted under reference number
act VII GUp 6/13.
