I would argue that the biggest difference between pre- and post-COVID is predominantly behavioural rather than something that is confined by rules and restrictions. Those behaviours are epitomised by a series of changes to the frequency of social and cultural activities. Whilst COVID has resulted in the introduction of personal restrictions, people often choose not to meet friends or go to the theatre. But in reality, there are no restrictions preventing them from doing so.
When it comes to actual rules and restrictions, you'd struggle to find someone arguing against the claim that everything is open and that you are free to travel wherever you want, simply because everything IS open and you ARE free to travel wherever you want. In general, life in the UK is now as it was pre-COVID (with the exception of the mandatory face covering). So, from that perspective, I can confirm that korrektamund0 is right.
Så i UK är det fritt fram att ta med 50 vänner in på en bar? Inga restriktioner på 2 hushåll eller 8 personer? I UK har dom inte en app som skickar ut när man vart i närheten av någon som testat positivt och då stanna hemma i 10 dagar? Inga avgifter och karantäner när man ska eller har varit på resa och inga länder är otillåtna att resa till? Allt är tillbaka som vanligt enligt dig förrutom rekommendationer?
Intressant. Verkligheten verkar se helt annorlunda ut för de jag känner i UK men du har säkert rätt och UK gov har säkert fel.
Eller menar du att UK haft 10 dagars karantän när man kommer hem från resa och totalt tre dyra tester som ska köpas vid hemresa även innan Covid? Det vore ju förutsättningen för att det ska vara samma som innan Covid nämligen.. Och UK har alltid haft regeln att man ska sitta i karantän om man varit i kontakt med en sjuk person, även innan Corona?
Hälsoministern sparkades i UK för att han haft sex med en utanför hans bubbla, låt mig gissa i UK har man alltid fått sparken om man har sex med någon man inte bor med?
