Jag har använt Home.se sen tidigt 90tal. Jag är betalande premiumkund.
Mail fungerar bara bra för mig. Inga konstigheter. Det har varit strul med webmail under en period men det gick att få till hyfsat.
Supporten har svarat på mina frågeställningar. Dock kan det ta 2-3år mellan svaren

Tveksam om de har någon supportverksamhet överhuvudtaget. De erbjuder inte ens https för webmailen.
Jag har också en @home.se adress, och denna fungerar ju utmärkt nu, men problemet är ju med @punkt.se adresserna... Jag forwardar min konversation med mail2world…
När har ni fixat punkt.se domänen?
Jag vill ju inte betala för en tjänst som inte fungerar!

I got an update yesterday evening.
Our technical department checked the @punkt.se domain and found out that Spray.se company where punkt.se domain belongs to, totally removed the MX record for it which's causing the issue you reported.
Spray's team is no longer responding to us, so I have to ask you to contact them directly
http://spray.se/support as this issue is out of our hands since we only host the mail and have no access to Spray domains configuration.
