Lämnade in min Taurus dator till Inet när jag fortfarande hade garanti på den eftersom den fastnade och fick bluescreens mer och mer regelbundet, den är nu 2 år gammal och köptes för 10'000 så den ska ju vara en bra dator.
Datorteknikern felsökte min dator aktivt i ett dygn och hittade tydligen inte något fel på Inets produkter och datorn fick aldrig någon bluescreen hos dem, men de kunde se att bluescreensen antagligen berodde på en USB enhet.
Jag skulle då betala 499 i avgift men diskuterade ner priset till 249.
Den USB enheten jag kunde misstänka var min 'netgear' som gav mig en trådlös anslutning till nätet. Så nu när jag har haft datorn hemma så har jag istället använt mig utav en vanlig nätverkssladd.
Datorn fick en bluescreen 10 minuter efter att den startades hemma (igår) och har fått ytterligare en idag.
De enda andra USB enheterna jag har inkopplat är min datormus och mitt tangentbord.
Är det en felaktig känsla att jag känner att de antagligen har lurat mig (min garanti på datorn har nu gått ut) Eller ska jag helt enkelt installera om hela windows och hoppas att felet ligger i min mjukvara?

Okej på min dator står det;
datorn har återställts efter någonting, någonting... Men jag kan enbart välja mellan 'stäng' eller 'sök senare'.
Men det är ingen som spontant känner att datorteknikern har missat något?

Som han säger, men det räcker med att lägga in alla siffror och bokstäver i google och söka.

Du har fortfarande reklamationsrätt. Den gäller i tre år. Jag skulle nog gått ut hårt och reklamera den och kräva att den fungerar. Och helt enkelt inte ge dig.
Notera att de USB som finns inkopplade de senaste tre krasherna är enbart tangentbord och mus. Den näst sista krashen jag hade var jag inte uppkopplad på internet.

Har du laddat ner och installerat alla moderkortets drivrutiner från tillverkarens webbplats??
Det brukar bl.a. finnas drivrutiner för USB etc. men för att dessa skall fungera måste du ha installerat de sk. "Chipset"drivrutinerna...
