Serie A teams can buy non-EU players within the Italian transfer market with no restriction. Non-EU players that have been signed during the summer window may not be sold until the following window.
All Serie A rules apply to full transfers only, not loans. If a player is loaned out, even to a foreign club, he still counts against the club’s non-EU count.

Kommer Montella fortsätta formera sitt lag likt förra säsongen så blir det väl lite tight om platserna? Kan ju tänka mig att de vill lira med både Rossi och Gomez med vilket knyter åt svångremmen gällande "mittfältsplatserna" än mer?
