Det är extremt enkelt att identifiera prisbubblor. Tusentals människor gjorde det innan bostadsbubblan kraschade 2007/8.

Oh, and for everyone that said "No, the bubble won't burst." or "It might correct, but it won't be major." I have these words for you:
"There will always be a market for high technology!"
"Yeah, the stocks may dip, but I don't really see there being much drop in demand for Internet companies!"
Look at interest only mortgages that people have that will amortize in the next 2-5 years, look at people overextended on their housing payments in the first place. Look at housing prices fueled by speculative investment purchases rather than real supply and demand. Look at rising interest rates and pushes to revamp Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac lending regulations to prohibit the free-wheeling mortgages that are going out now.
And then you will see why that 3/4 of a million dollar house your friend just bought on an interest only loan with half their paycheck will result in a foreclosure as soon as time comes to pay the principle.
