Vad tusan yrar dom i, om du höjer priset på legala spritprodukter så kommer folk söka sig till billigare alternativ. Så det här kommer bara få folk att dricka mer hembränt.
Säg som det är i stället, Ryska staten behöver pengar så nu skattar dom mer... ..Det eller så är dom officiella inflationssiffrorna inte i närheten med dom reella.
