2. Bland de rejält D-viktade instituten finns bland annat Emerson, vilka beskriver sig själva här och brukar orden independence och non-partisan så ofta att man direkt kan avgöra att de ljuger. Dessutom beskriver de ett flertal vetenskapliga fel i sina beskrivningar av hur de utför utredningar.
