Viktigt att folk tänker på att det inte räcker med att vaccinpass avskaffas. Man måste försöka täppa till det här kryphålet i svensk demokrati genom att bredda diskrimineringslagen så att den inte bara gäller för vissa utvalda diskrimineringsgrunder. Jämför den mer moderna lagstiftningen i Balkanländerna som författats efter kriget.
Man bör dels lobba för att lägga till "hälsa" och "vaccinationsstatus" som egna punkter i svensk lagstiftning, men även ha en generell regel för "övriga personlighetsdrag". Om det inte redan finns bör man tydliggöra att diskrimineringslagen inte får åsidosättas varken i krigstider eller andra samhällskriser.
Bosnien-Hercegovina:
Discrimination, in terms of this Law, shall be any different treatment
including any exclusion, limitation or preference based on real or perceived grounds towards any person or group of persons, their relatives, or persons otherwise associated with them, on the grounds of their race, skin colour, language, religion, ethnic affiliation, disability, age, national or social background, connection to a national minority, political or other persuasion, property, membership in trade union or any other association, education, social status and sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexual characteristics, as well as any other circumstance serving the purpose of or resulting in prevention or restriction of any individual from enjoyment or realization, on equal footing, of rights and freedoms in all areas of life.
Serbien:
the terms “discrimination” and “discriminatory treatment” shall be used to designate any unwarranted discrimination or unequal treatment, that is to say, omission (exclusion, limitation or preferential treatment) in relation to individuals or groups, as well as members of their families or persons close to them, be it overt or covert, on the grounds of race, skin colour, ancestors, citizenship, national affiliation or ethnic origin, language, religious or political beliefs, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, financial position, birth, genetic characteristics, health, disability, marital and family status, previous convictions, age, appearance, membership in political, trade union and other organisations and other real or presumed personal characteristics (hereinafter referred to as: personal characteristics);
Kroatien:
The legislation prohibits discrimination "on the grounds of race or ethnic affiliation or colour, gender, language, religion, political or other belief, national or social origin, property, trade union membership, education, social status, marital or family status, age, health condition, disability, genetic heritage, native identity, expression or sexual orientation".
Montenegro:
Prohibition of discrimination cannot be derogated in time of war or other public emergency nor can derogation of human rights and freedoms be based on grounds such as sex, ethnic origin, race, religion, or any other personal characteristic (Art. 25).
