Yes. But I’m telling you that something legally required isn’t always going to translate into “actually happening”. I think the spread there is primarily from air conditioning however, I don’t think the masks they are using are of a general standard to protect them from that factor.
Absolutely. I agree with you there. I think mask usage can help lower the R0 greatly in places in Europe where infections begin to accelerate in the future and I hope governments consider it as a serious part of a functional strategy to avoid further lockdowns while crushing the virus.

Jag tror fortfarande att den bästa strategin är att försöka bränna igenom den unga befolkningen i en snabbare takt, och skärma av de äldre så gott det går. Så att den
tid under vilken de sköraste måste leva sida-vid-sida med viruset minimeras.
Ur aspekten att man vill driva spridningen mot den unga befolkningen är inte masker någon bra åtgärd, eftersom de skyddar unga i samma utsträckning som de skyddar äldre.
Breda åtgärder (som munskydd) behövs i den utsträckning som behövs för att skydda vården från kollaps. Men då måste man börja med mer grundläggande åtgärder, som att jobba hemma, social distansering, handhygien m.m.
