Absolutely, but higher the result, the less the sensitive matters. It doesn’t matter if 3% is false-positives if your result is over 20% for example, because this gives you an upper-bound. Rather, at most — roughly 21% are likely to be infected.
What I mean is that even some 20% have antibodies, it does not mean that those people are infected by the c-19 virus this year. They could be infected by other less-deadly cronavirus 1-2 years ago, thus developed antiboies. This means, these people with antibodies are still possible to be infected by c-19 variant this year
I have a feeling that this corona virus has been on earth for some years, it keeps mutating and mutating, until one day, it suddenly mutated out a deadly variant in Wuhan, China. It just almost impossible that such a deadly virus suddenly appears without any preparation
