Sorry, I do not want to add wrong facts. I only have (unfortunately German source) saying:
"Doch Rechtsmediziner Peter Knudsen, Vizestaatsobduzent von der Universität Süddänemark, sagte, es sei fast unmöglich zu klären, wie Kim Wall zu Tode gekommen ist. Dazu hätten die Leichenteile zu lange im Wasser gelegen."

Translation:
"But medical examiner Peter Knudsen, vice governmental autopsyst of university of southern Denmark said: "it is nearly impossible to clarify how Kim Wall died, as body parts have been to long in to water".
If this is incorrect I apologize.
If he said this, it means he has not been involved in the autopsy of KW in any way.
Which means this is nothing but pure speculation. A lot of "experts" have speculated about a lot of things. That does not mean much. We have our own very famous expert here in Sweden, Leif GW Persson, professor emeritus in criminology, a very highly renowned guy in the area, but still, he has made statements about this case that has been directy wrong, too.
The danish police are the only ones who we can rely on giving facts in this case, and what they have said is in contradiction to this "Knudsen" guy.
Citat:
You asked me how I think Miss Wall died: I think he tried to make advances to her but she rejected him and then he came into a rage and killed her (how is unclear to me) may be with his knife or choked her. Unfortunately the cause of death cannot be found out anymore (see above). After that he undressed her and stabbed into her body still in a rage. Later he dissected her to cover the crime.
Well, this is just it, we know the knife stabbings were not deadly by themselves, and if she had been choked, that would most certainly have been determined in the autopsy, due to all the forensic evidence that a choking will result in.
Now, I am not saying that it wasn't an unplanned act, but in my opinion there are so many things in this case that points towards a planned crime. Poorly planned, for sure. Planned in a short time, definitely, the meeting was decided just a couple of days in advance. But there are just so many circumstances that fits all to well into the puzzle supporting it wa planned. Bascally everyting fits into the puzzle in this case, and that is what is so amazing, and, in my opinion, makes it so probable.
Discussions on blogs on death, discussions among friends on the best place to dump a corpse at sea, the snuff movies, the saw, the metal parts used to sink the body that were found also in the workshop, psycopath Bateman on the whiteboard. PM left so many signals around, that become visible now after the deed. A typical thing for some psyco murderers, I have learned.
That's just to mention some things that indicate planning and fits perfectly into the puzzle.
