Here's the best working BIG PICTURE I can summarize at this point. Let's consider this a working model and add / subtract / edit till it makes the most sense given all our information and answers thus far.
We are currently at war with "the deep state" or to put simply, old legacy families with money, who want to keep and hoard all the money and power for themselves. In order to do this, they use rogue elements of 3-letter agencies such as the CIA, FBI etc to enforce crooked laws and break laws where necessary. They do this without fear of retribution because these same people also control the way information gets released and spread, be it classifying documents, owning the news channels, and owning the major social media platforms where information gets spread. Recently the 4chan website was up for sale, and it's such a cheap website it could be bought many times over by these families. However, it is owned by seemingly some Japanese individual, where most likely it is owned by the Japanese government in conjunction with the good people in the US government, yet US is currently controlled by these forces so it's important it not be owned by the US. Great efforts are being taken to control the spread of information currently and it seems the best tactic at this point is to put out as much garbage disinformation as possible in order to make it nearly impossible to tell the truth of anything.

He played like he was influenced by Russia, when he knew that one of the most trackable corruption deals was HRC selling uranium to Russia, thus all the attention spun up about Russia was able to be then cast upon the truly corrupt.
Next he must save the American Dollar from crashing. He did this by offering a deal with Saudi Arabia, instead of going full on WAR against them, which would be difficult to explain WHY we were doing this to an American public via a hostile media channel. He brokers a deal to support the national oil company ARAMCO with American Investment dollars by NYSE IPO. This also reveals there is a massive supply of oil at $40 a barrel for near perpetuity
