Both platforms are owned by Tiger App Creator. There’s actually a link to the Siberian open-source CMS platform on the Tiger App Creator website.
You can download the Siberian App Platform for €799, which would give OneCoin the ability to hook up their payment system (the platform is open source and can be modified), if that’s what they’ve gone with.
Still dirt cheap and you have to wonder why they haven’t developed their own platform.

Det vet inte jag heller. Men det räcker för mig att åtminstone resa ett uns av tvivel. Eller är det bara en olycklig omständlighet att en "Gizmondo släkting" finns i faggorna av den största scamen jorden har sett.

"Hi guys,
I'm Aladin the founder of Siberian CMS and owner of both Siberian and
Tiger App.
Actually what we are offering is an open-source CMS with our free
version, and two commercial editions, the Multi-Apps Edition and the
Platform Edition. Tiger App is based on a Platform Edition of Siberian.
Tiger App is there to let our clients know what they can do with a
Platform Edition and test, just to say our main product is Siberian.
So we are offering these products but I would say we don't really know
what our clients do with them, it's just like if Wordpress
(proportionally speaking) has to check what their users are doing with
the CMS.
Our clients don't have the right to resell our softwares, but I would
say that's the only prohibited thing. But I will follow this closely
since I see it may impact our company image. However and in all cases
there is no specific link between these guys and us except they have
bought our software and customize the builder part.

moqma: I wonder if this is allowed conform your Terms and Conditions?


Actually what is not allowed is to sell our software, I mean “software” as a downloadable file you can install on your own, but selling an access to the software you have bought is not something prohibited otherwise it is nearly useless if you cannot give access, free or paid, to your software.
Despite the fact we are not liking a company uses our software to promote that kind of activity, legally we cannot do something as it is a more general legal problem regarding this company activities and not a problem of the softwares, hostings, etc it uses to manage their activities.
If there is a lawsuit it must be conducted by the juridiction of this country or by abused clients, or whatever, but in our cases they just have bought our software and use it in compliance with our terms (selling access to their software, but no reselling our software) but not according to our values and principles, unfortunately it is not acceptable on a legal point of view…
