Granskningen av Bryssels nomenklatura är sorgligt eftersatt, men kanske kan det politiska förfallet i unionen göra det lättare att motivera press och andra att offentliggöra korruptionen och hyckleriet.
En struntsak i det stora sammanhanget, men symboliskt signifikant för den självbild man har inom EUs maktelit är detta avslöjande av The Telegraph att man nu köper in bordsporslin för 25 miljoner SEK;
