Ändra lokala 404 meddelande?

Jag skulle vilja ändra det 404 meddelande som kommer på min skärm när jag exempelvis inte har nätverkskontakt eller hittar servern. Dvs det lokala meddelandet. Något som har några ledtrådar om hur jag gör det?

Vet att 404 meddelandet går att konfigurera, men det är serverinställningar och ser således olika ut på olika sidor.

Men har du firefox kan du använda Stylish, ett plugin som ändras csskoden för olika sidor. Du kan göra så google har svart bakgrund, och about:blank-sidor kan ha någon fin bakgrundsbild. Tror 404-sidor går att konfigurera rätt fint där med.

Instructions:
Goto the following directory and make a copy of the following file:
c:\windows\system32
file: shdoclc.dll
copy it to c:\ somewere(mine was copied as kill.dll)
open up PE explorer.
Click file
then click open file
search for you file, then open it. PeExplorer will default to a HEADERS INFO page in the main directory. At the top of the application you should find a toolbar(the one DIRECTLY below the Menus(file view tools help) ) Go through that toolbar until you find a icon that looks like a diamond and the top is green and red and the bottom is blue and yellow. Click that.
Go down to HTML and click the + sign that is next to it. Upon that opening click DNSERROR.HTM. Some text should appear in the right hand column. Right CLick DNSERROR.HTM and then go down to Edit/View Resource. A new window SHOULD pop up. Upon doing so, replace this code with your own HTML code. At the bottom click SAVE. After doin all the editing you want goto the File menu at the very top of the APP, then click save file as and type in whatever name you want. Then close PE Explorer.
