Så... Vad tycker ni, låter detta seriöst? Jag har inga erfarenheter av blockets direktbetalning och av att läsa det som stog på blockets infosida är jag osäker om det verkligen fungerar som hon påstår. Bland annat står det att blocket kan skydda upp till 10 000 SEK, inte 50 000 som hon säger.

I work for an US company representing them in Scotland and England and I am abroad most of my time so for the past 2 years the apartment was rented as holiday residence. Now because of the lack of housing from Sweden I decided to go with a long term rental. I have received the approval to rent it for 2 years with a possible extension, so the apartment can be rented for any amount of time. I was surprised to receive over 100 messages from people interested so in order to find the best candidate for my apartment I will request more information about you, your job, about the persons who will live with you in the apartment, if there are any pets and to let me know how long you want to rent. Since it's the first time when I am using blocket I would like to use the payment service that they offer for such transactions, so the transaction will be done trough blocket. I will wait for your email with the information I have requested.

I decided that you are my first option for the apartment, so if you accept to rent it's yours. I will start by asking you to read the entire message because if you agree to rent my apartment it's VERY important that you understand and accept the terms. The problem is that I wont be able to come to Sweden for at least 3 weeks because I am working "overtime" on a project. As I told you before I want to use the payment service provided by Blocket called Direktbetalning. With Direktbetalning the financial transaction is secured and guaranteed by Blocket. Blocket verified my payment information and I am eligible to receive payments trough their payment services. Any transaction performed will be insured and covered by them up to 50,000 SEK.
Here is how the whole process works:
Step A - You send me your full name, home address and personal number (personnummer). I initiate the transaction trough blocket directbetalning service and you receive the payment request and transaction confirmation.
Step B - You send the payment and confirm the payment details as instructed in the notification message. You will be required to send 2 month + 1 guarantee month trough their payment service.
Step C - I receive the confirmation that the payment is deposited in their custody, I take a day off work and come, meet you and finalize the transaction. In case that the apartment is not as described or you will not like it by any reason, you will receive a full refund.
You must understand that by sending the payment you are not committing to anything, the amount sent is 100% refundable, it's just to reserve the apartment for you. I hope everything is clear and in case you agree to start the transaction, I am waiting for your email with the requested information (full name, home address and personal number (personnummer)). From my part everything is prepared, the apartment is ready to welcome you, the transaction will be started same day when I receive the information from you.

Har du sett lägenheten och pratat med en mäklare/någon som kan sådant (vems namn det står på, kontrakt). En advokat vore kanske bättre val (?). Låter som en scam F.ö. Gör det jag sade innan du betalar.
