Pixops Image Scaling Library v. 2.0 README

------
The pixops library is a standalone version of the 'pixops' module, originally
written by Owen Taylor of Red Hat, Inc. (otaylor@redhat.com) and released as
part of the gdk-pixbuf package. The pixops code provides scaling and
compositing functions that operate on linear in-memory buffers of pixel data.
This derived library was augmented to provide support for a wider range of
source and destination formats for the scaling operations, and modified to
remove any external dependencies other than the C runtime.
The changes to the original code are copyright VMware, Inc, 2004 and licensed
under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Since this
code isn't separately versioned, it has been somewhat arbitrarily assigned a
version number of "2.0".
The pixops library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it

any later version.
