I detta feminiserade land och tidevarv tycker jag det vore på sin plats att lyfta fram män och manligt hjältemod. Män som i stort och smått förändrat världshistorien. Män som har stått upp för friheten. Mitt bidrag: "Brothers in Arms" med skotska gruppen Dire Straits, och eliten av elgitarrister Mark Knopfler. Om krigets fasor och dess broderskap.

Jag inser att du raljerar. Jag bjuder på det. Vi är i musikforumet, inte feministforat. Låten från Bonnie Tyler är inte dålig. Alla kvinnor vill ha en hjälte. Vad du missade var att tråden efterlyser hyllningslåtar till mäns hjältemod. Känner du dig triggad så starta en egen tråd.

Ja låten är väldigt bra och den hyllar ju det manliga hjälteidealet, fast sjunget ur en kvinnas perspektiv.

Det är en okay låt, men jag håller inte med om din tolkning.

I slutet av 80-talet fanns en hel del låtar som hyllade män och deras prestationer. Glöm heller aldrig brandmännen som gick uppför trapporna 9-11 mot en säker död.
