Det låter konstigt att avskaffa en lag som ska gälla under krigstid för att sedan återinföra den under sådant förhållande. Så funkar det inte riktigt.
Inget konstigt med det, det är precis så det funkar. Det finns flera exempel på detta:
"Several countries reintroduced the death penalty, specifically for wartime crimes, after World War II. Notable examples include Denmark, Norway, and Portugal, which abolished the death penalty for ordinary crimes but reintroduced it temporarily for wartime offenses.
Several countries have reintroduced the death penalty for certain crimes, particularly during times of war or when facing national emergencies, though this is a contentious issue. Some examples include:
Brazil:
Abolished the death penalty in 1882, but it was reintroduced in 1969 under military rule.
Italy:
Initially abolished the death penalty in 1889, but it was reintroduced under Mussolini's fascist regime.
Romania:
Abolished the death penalty in 1864, but it was reintroduced during the dictatorial and communist eras.
Russia:
While the death penalty was abolished in 1996, it was briefly used during World War II and then reintroduced in 1950 for specific crimes like treason and espionage. "

A. Capital punishment was abolished in Ukraine in 2000
B. In some cases, countries have laws allowing military commanders to shoot deserters, particularly during combat or insubordination. For example, Newsweek reports that Ukraine has approved a motion allowing commanders to shoot deserters and those who are insubordinate.
Jag påstår inte att det definitivt kommer ske i Sverige men jag menar att den möjligheten är inte utesluten i händelse av ett storskaligt krig.
