GOP Rep Mercilessly Taunted in Another Wild Town Hall Clash
North Carolina Rep. Chuck Edwards found himself on the receiving end of serious fury from voters over the policies Trump administration in another Republican-held town hall-gone-wrong on Thursday.
The town hall initially began fairly courteously, as the audience were warned to remain respectful ahead of Edwards’ appearance in Asheville, a city in western North Carolina. But things quickly went downhill.
“The time is now to fix how Washington works,” Edwards began. “To that end, I was proud to vote recently for the House budget resolution which provides for a framework—”

Other noteworthy moments from the town hall included the very first question from the crowd.

“What do you plan to do to make sure North Carolina does not get taken over by dictatorship and fascism?” one individual asked.
Edwards replied in part, “It sounds like there’s a little bias in that question.” He added, over boos, “We are upholding the Constitution.”

The vice president was jeered after being spotted by members of the audience as he took his seat for a performance of Stravinsky’s Petrushka by the National Symphony Orchestra and Greek violinist Leonidas Kavakos.

Vad jag förstår talar vi om en lyx-budget som rimmar illa med DOGE. Ifall de klagar på den biten kan man kanske förstå.

Det hela styrs av en gruppering som kallas Indivicibles, som är en undergruppering till Soros berömda Open Society. Grupperingar har tidigare finansiering från USAID och fickorna fulla. Det hela är planerat att pågå fram till slutet på mars, troligtvis pga att pengarna då är slut.

Bowman said that Indivisible’s Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg know how to get money from the government and brag about their ability to do so and people affiliated with Indivisible “go as if they’re grassroots” and pretend to be Republicans in order to pressure members of Congress and the Open Society website shows they get money from George Soros.

Ingenting märkligt med detta. Han har misslyckats med allt hittills.

Immigrationspolitiken, ekonomin, kriget i Ukraina, de federalt anställdas ställning. Allt går emot honom för tillfället. Alla hatar dessutom Musk och folk vill inte lägga ner Utbildningsdepartementet.

Men den stora frågan är ekonomin och folk är missnöjda, minst sagt.

Du är förstås på det klara med att Breitbart är en extremistisk utväxt på högerkanten.

Det här är alltså basen för den nu rådande ideologiska omställningen (om man kan kalla det så) med Trump som portalfigur. Den nyttigaste av idioter framburen på dessa axlar

Klart folk är missnöjda när deras liv blir sämre på alla mätbara sätt.
