Make a risk assessment of all criminals in institutions after the crime is served

Obviously the current system of letting people roam free despite extremely high risk of new crimes after serving need to change.

It doesn't matter if the individual is deemed sick or sane, we need risk assessment to evaluate wether or not we can let them out again. This can be done by placing them in specific institutions after serving their time.

This is done to pedophiles in certain states in the US, where psychiatrist investigate how high the risk of reoffending is.

We could do this with all criminals, can't we?

What's crazy is letting people who are guaranteed to reoffend go free. Frivården does nothing to stop this.
