Mobilised people in St Petersburg have already filed 14 lawsuits
The biggest number of lawsuits has been filed in the Krasnogvardeyskiy district. Sergei Kastrikin arrived at the military registration and enlistment office of the Vyborg district on 30 September on a summons to clarify documents. On the same day he was called up for military service. Kastrikin is a reserve officer in the position of commander of a rocket artillery battery with a university degree from the Yekaterinburg Artillery Command School. However, on 4 October he was sent to serve in a motorised rifle regiment of the defence as a mortar platoon commander. In his application the St. Petersburg resident writes that he is forced to learn another specialty from scratch: "...and this leads to an unjustifiable risk of endangering my life and that of my subordinates."
One of my good acquaintances and my brother-in-arms, a major in Special Forces, the owner of a maroon beret (which underlines his sporting achievements) was appointed commander of a tank battalion after he was mobilized! Thanks to these people for their trust that a former special forces officer was given 32 tanks! That is great, but what do you expect from a commando on a tank?
People who have never seen a mortar in their eyes are put in charge of a firing platoon, and a man who has never sat in tanks is put in charge of a tank battalion (company). But people are not discouraged and are going to learn from YouTube videos, because they do not teach it any other way. The trouble is that phones are forbidden, and not everywhere superiors go out of their way when asked to return them.

Att det inte är fler som tar det till juridisk nivå är chockerande. Helvete vilken kuvad befolkning. Fullständiga får.
