Detta är något jag skrivit som en enkel förklaring, det råkar vara på engelska för jag ville först skriva in det på wikipedia. Lite för subjektivt dock.

One possible solution to the problem is that it's a result of imprecise semantics.
This is because of the fact that nothing in existence can be truly categorized.
For an objective observer there is only "everything", and the perceived boundaries between single objects is actually just projections of mental ideas.
The concept of an object is what should be defined, rather than trying to define the physical representation of the object, which in fact is constantly changing.
This can also be applied to the philosophical questions about what makes up a persons self;
Daniel is a person.
His physical self is a representation of different concepts that make up his persona.
some of these are for example, that Daniel...
1. is emotional.
2. hates the sun.
3. thinks blue is a nice color.
all of these facts about Daniel are either variables for the physical person, or constants for the conceptual character.
The concept of the character that is "Daniel" is like an algorithm - a filter that gives a certain result depending on the factors of the present situation and gives influence to Daniel's emotional response.
If Daniel were to change with time, the question arises;
would he still be the same person?
The answer is that the concept of "Daniel" still exists, though there may not be any physical form to represent it.
A person changes constantly and the body is representing a slightly different concept for every new time-increment.
Therefore a new concept is represented by exactly what the person has become.
