Quite some stereotypes and myths in this thead
Dental cover, everyone gets free dental care under 18 , under 19 if you are studying. Big operations are covered by NHS. Do brits have worse teeth than anyone else, probably, we drink tea constantly that stains them, and poorer children tend to eat too many sweets.
Social welfare is at least on a par with Sweden, if you are unemployed you will be taken care of. More details here perhaps

Weather, a bit milder than Sweden atleast, Gulf stream keeps things mild.
Healthcare, NHS, nuff said, really world class considering it is free at source.
Culture, Big museums are free. A wealth of concerts and music for every taste. Art is a big part of life in the UK, though perhaps not as well state sponsored as in Sweden.
People Similar to Sweden the UK has had a massive immigration, but more from the commonwealth. People seem to get on better than here, Less racism in the UK , or at least less insidious.
Crime probably worse in the big cities, probably better outside the cities than here. Much crime committed by eastern european gangs (stealing cars, boats, whatever) as in Sweden.
Covid / Brexit, poor handling of both of these is going to set the UK back several years unfortunately, but don't underestimate the UK and its people. There is real strength built up over centuries of war, and struggle. The UK will be back as a player on the world stage.
