Sometimes video starts in The background in kodi (openelec)

Sometimes (very often) The video starts in the background of kodi and I have to hit The fullscreen Button on my kodi remote on the phone. I have tried different skins but it's all the same

I have kodi on an raspberry pi 3 with openelec

Anyone know how to solve this?

I saw someone else who had a similar problem and it looked like it was a compatibility issue with certain releases of openelec and some skins.

Try updating to Libreelec and see if that helps
