Gonna do this in English since Im not a Swede yet :-)
So I moved here from England, a few years ago. Got a job and Swedish social security number and all.
SO... to my question.
I've been asked to film a musical (kind of an amature job, but still) I'm just gonna walk into the place and give instructions and film. It's kinda what I work with, but I have a normal job so I almost never do any "extra work" like this.
The thing is, the producers of the musical want me to send a faktura and Im not interested in getting the so called F-skatt note.
Nor am I interested in paying 7% to some company that can send the faktura for me.
And I cant rly let it slide under the "hobby virksomhet" since it's actually what I do..
So I'm wondering: Can I make a faktura, put my name address, social security number on and give it to the producers. And then just kinda let it slip under the radar. Or does skattevartket look in to this things very strictly?
What might happen if i do it like this?
I was thinking i'd make a fake faktura so the producers get the paper they want, and then just let it go under the radar from there. not report anything kinda like getting paied cash in hand ;-)
I'm getting paied 8.000:- on faktura to film (for two days) - does skattevaerket look into thise amounts?
Best regards
You don't need F-tax but still have to report income as a hobby in T2 at the next tax return, whether you send the invoice or not. Usually film companies do not pay any income tax to actors or filmmakers. So you have to pay any tax yourself.
