Det gick inte att initiera programmet korrekt (0x0000022)?

När jag startade min dator idag så ville den köra start repair - gjorde det visserligen utan problem men efter att jag slår in mitt lösenord för att logga in i windows, får jag det här felmeddelandet;

Det gick inte att initiera programmet korrekt (0x0000022). Klicka på OK för att avsluta programmet.

Och så går det ju naturligtvis inte ens att komma åt windows. Varför händer detta och vad gör jag åt det?

"This error message means that the user concerned doesn't have read access to some system file required by the application. This sometimes occurs with Visual Basic applications where the appropriate permissions aren't set to allow read access to the Visual Basic runtime DLL. But it can occur if read access is not permitted for any DLL, OCX or other component used by the application. It usually only occurs if the software components have been manually copied to the application folder or Windows System folder instead of being installed using the Setup program provided by the application developer."

Jag har sett det med, men jag förstår inte vad det innebär har hänt eller vad jag ska göra åt det!

Starta en kommandoprompt (håll inne win-tangenten och tryck på R), kör följande kommandon;

CACLS %systemroot%\System32\*.dll /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R
CACLS %systemroot%\System32\*.ocx /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R
exit

När jag startar datorn menar du? För in i windows kommer jag ju inte...
