Får inte Photoshop CS5 att fungera

Tankade ner det och följer instruktionerna i textdokumentet men jag fastnar på steg 12 där man skall trycka på hjälp i menyraden för att sedan deaktivera photoshop, går inte att välja det alternativet, allt annat går att välja.

"To install-

1.) De-compress the file
2.) Mount "Photoshop_12_LS1.dmg"
3.) Locate and click on the file "Install" on the image
4.) Select trial serial and install
5.) Quit photoshop if it opens after launch
6.) Open the 'Terminal' application and paste in the following:

sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit /etc/hosts

7.) Enter your password and a text document will pop open
8.) Paste in the following between 127.0.0.1 localhost and 255.255.255.255 broadcasthost

127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 ereg.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate.wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 3dns-3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 3dns-2.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns-2.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 adobe-dns-3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 ereg.wip3.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate-sea.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 wwis-dubc1-vip60.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate-sjc0.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 hl2rcv.adobe.com

9.) Save the hosts document (command+s)
10.) Run the following in terminal to flush your cache:

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache

11.) Open Photoshop CS5 and click on the help menu and select "Deactivate…"
12.) Select "Deactivate Permanently" then done. Quit photoshop
13.) Reopen Photoshop and enter the serial

14.) Your done"

Har följt stegen men tror att det är på steg 10 det inte fungerar "Run the following in terminal to flusch your cache". skriver in sudo dscacheutil -flushcache men det står ingenting i terminalen som verifierar att jag har gjort rätt, jag går vidare till steg 11 och 12 men får det inte att fungera.

Någon som vet vad som är fel?

Hm, jag har aldrig behövt flusha mitt cache och shit.
Bara ändrat i hostfilen, installerat med en skum CD-key.
Ersatt amtlib.dll eller vad den heter.
Och sen har det funkat ..

Vadå, funkar inte Photoshop för dig nu bara för att dessa steg krånglar?

det startar och man kan välja att köra trial version, men den håller bara i 30 dagar. Vill att det ska bara funka och det ska de tydligen om man lyckas gå igenom de 13 stegen.

Vad är det du har gjort då? Vad har du ersatt amtlib.dll med?

Ersatt amtlib.dll med en amtlib.dll som brukar ligga med i crackmappen.¨

Så här ser mina instruktioner ut

1; Uninstall all previous cs3/4 photoshop apps.

2; Turn off internet

3; Replace your hosts file with the one in this folder
or open your hosts file with notepad and change it
to look like this;

Laddade upp amtlib.dll http://data.fuskbugg.se/skogsturken/amtlib.dll
Den är visserligen till win x64, kan spela roll.

Sådär kan man säkert också göra men det stämmer inte in med det jag har. Jag har haft samma problem när jag skulle installera CS4 för några år sedan men mitt minne sviker mig...

A det verkar som om din lösning är PC baserad :/

Ah fan, klumpigt av mig

Såg inte att det var MacOS det handlade om.
Där är jag tyvärr helt grön.

När jag installerade PSCS5, hade jag något problem med serienumret som följde med. Men jag hittade ett annat som funkade. Kanske Adobe spårar vilka serienummer som är ute bland pirater?

har samma problem med att när jag ska trycka på Deactivate så är den "grå" så att det inte går att klicka på den...
