Microsoft .NET Framework ruta!?

Har ett problem som nyligen kommit upp..
Jag installerade en version av Driverdetective som jag "köpt" i pirathamnen, och fick då problem med en ruta som ploppa upp och sa att jag hade brutit mot copyright lagen och en massa trams.. Det va ju inte läget, det va nån trojan som jag lyckats få bort tror jag.
Men nu är det något nytt som kommit upp efter det. Vet inte om jag lyckats sabba något i den vevan eller nåt, men så här ser det ut:

Det dyker upp varje gång jag startar datorn. Har sett att jag nångång haft två rutor eller fler, men kan inte säga vad som gjort att dom kommer upp..
Nu hoppas jag att det är något som mina kompetenta FB-vänner kan hjälpa mig med..
