Undrar vad ryssen tänkte med, när de for iväg till ett främmande land för att mörda?
‼️"The prosecutor's office has already confirmed that his rights have been violated, but the command continues to keep him in the special military operation zone."
Anastasia Tsyganka, the civilian wife of serviceman Konstantin Andreevich Aganin, born on May 20, 1998, serving in the 64th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade (military unit 51460), has recorded another video message in which she talks about her husband being kept in the special military operation zone, despite serious health problems and the need for a medical examination board (VVК) assessment.
The 64th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade is part of the 35th Combined Arms Army (military unit 62825).
Previously, Aganin reported the need to be transferred from the combat zone to a permanent deployment point (PPD) due to the severe consequences of a leg injury, health problems, and the inability to perform combat tasks, despite being assigned a fitness category of "B."
According to the woman, Konstantin has been diagnosed with serious impairments in the function of his right foot and a non-union fracture of the fibula. The serviceman cannot walk normally and moves with crutches:
"According to the results of the penultimate neurological examination, neuropathy of the right fibular nerve was diagnosed, with complete impairment of motor and sensory function of the right foot, as well as a non-union fracture of the fibula with a 13-millimeter defect. **Muscle strength in the foot is 0 points, meaning the foot is completely non-functional.**"
The woman stated that the medical examination board has not been completed, and despite his serious condition, the serviceman is not being sent for the necessary examinations and is not being granted leave for family reasons.
Currently, the soldier is at a training ground in the special military operation zone, where, according to his wife, his communication devices have been confiscated. Despite his health condition, the command continues to keep him there, although he is physically unable to perform combat tasks.
Anastasia is also the widow of Artem Viktorovich Tsyganka, who died in the special military operation zone on March 2, 2025.
