"TESLA IS TAKING THE NEXT MAJOR STEP TOWARD ROLLING OUT AI5
The company is actively recruiting Staff Electrical Design Engineers for its AI Compute & Infrastructure teams in both South Korea and Taiwan, prioritizing deep knowledge of cutting-edge memory: GDDR6/7, HBM, DDR5, and LPDDR4/5/6.
These engineers will design the complex motherboards that house next-gen silicon like the recently taped-out AI5 chip or the future AI6 chip. That insane level of compute efficiency is required to scale FSD, max out data center clusters, and run local neural nets in Optimus and Cybercab.
As Tesla also aggressively scales its in-house Terafab manufacturing in Texas, securing top-tier board design and memory talent in Asia is a critical piece of the puzzle for owning their AI supply chain."
