Backade insatsstyrkan eller höll de gärningsmannen under uppsikt? Hur många sköts efter att polisen var på plats. Fattar inte, sköt han skallen av sig inför polisen. Varför sköt man inte tillbska, mot benen om inte annat??
First on scene:
All of these are Step One. You deal with threats and lock down the crime scene, then if there are wounded or injured you call an ambulance, then start first aid. You keep everyone out of the crime scene except the paramedics or EMTs, other cops assisting. While doing this you or another officer are simultaneously gathering information, and if a suspect is at large, you are notifying dispatch and other officers to BOLO (be on the look out) for the suspect.
