Stjärnkrögare öppnar restaurang i St. Petersburg Ryssland - anställs på Operakällaren

Nadezhda Tretyakova is the manager and co-owner of the Nordic restaurant.

Born in St. Petersburg in 1992. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology of St. Petersburg State University in 2014, receiving a diploma in linguist (English and French). She continued her education at the Swiss School of Hospitality Swissam (hotel and restaurant management), which she graduated in 2015. In the same year, she worked at the election headquarters of Governor Poltavchenko, in the media working group.

Nadezhda’s first project in the hospitality industry was participation in the opening of the Voyage hotel in 2015, where she developed the project concept and built a sales strategy. Already in the first year after opening, the hotel reached a high occupancy level, which reached 90% by the end of the year.

Soon she launched her own project, which became the Nordic restaurant of new Scandinavian cuisine, which opened next to the hotel building in 2017.

Nadezhda is tirelessly developing the Nordic restaurant, investing her energy, knowledge and resources into the project. Nordic has turned into a gourmet restaurant, serving not only a la carte dishes in the New Nordic Cuisine style, but also offering a tasting set with wine and non-alcoholic accompaniment.

Nordic is a leader in restaurant ratings and the owner of a whole host of professional awards, including, for example, “The best restaurant of northern cuisine in St. Petersburg” according to the Time Out magazine award (2019), as well as 15th place in the ranking of the best restaurants in the city according to the national WHERETOEAT restaurant award (2020). In 2019, Nadezhda Tretyakova was recognized as the best entrepreneur in the field of public catering in St. Petersburg based on the results of a competition held as part of the XVII Forum of Small and Medium Enterprises.
