The head of the Sumy OVA, Zhivitsky, said that a large number of Russian troops had entered the region from the territory of the Russian Federation.
He said that a corridor has been formed along which there is a constant movement of military equipment from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions towards Russia.
"Russian troops withdrawn from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions are being transferred not only to the Donbass, to Kharkov, to Izyum (as previously stated), but also to the Sumy region," Ukrainian publications write."
