Betongväggar är just vad som menas med mur. Jag har alltid upp fattat berlinmuren som det som delar själva stadenVill man ha med även det som fanns runt staden taggtråd och diken vad jag vet så fanns det ju en mur längs hela Elbe också. Det vore rätt orimligt att hävda.
