Och jag hävdar att skillnaderna filosofiskt/ideologiskt är små mellan socialism och liberalism. Vilket inte minst bevisats av den nuvarande svenska regimen. Det är två vänsterläror vi talar om så det är inte konstigt. Egalitarism, rationalism, universalism, utilitarism, progressivism och materialism utgör grunden för båda. Karl Marx drog bara liberalismen till sin spets i skapandet av sin röda lära.
Motsättningar finns i synen på ägande och individens rätt i ett kollektiv. Motsättningar finns i synen på jämlikhet - lika möjligheter eller lika utfall.
Skillnader finns även i synen på konstruktivism, huruvida man tror allt är en social konstruktion eller om vi har olika förmågor.
Jag skulle hävda att USAs frihetsförklaring är ett liberalt brandtal. Socialister avskyr konkurrenssamhället. Liberaler ser en egennytta i det.
