Republikanernas ständiga halmstrå är numera det enda försvar dom kan verkar kunna uppbåda.

Vad har Hunter Bidens affärer eller ens för den delen Ivanka Trumps affärer med processen mot Trump politiska maktmissbruk att göra? Vad fel än Biden nu gjort så friförklarar det ju inte Trump från ansvar för sitt eget agerande.
Men visst, Ivankas affärer kan ju i utkanten generera ett visst intresse i utredningen då Trump fortfarande är president och med just korruptionen som ledstjärna men troligen ändå inte något att lägga större energi på i den nu pågående processen mot Trump och hans som sagt korrupta maktmissbruk.

Men snälla nån, det är ju inte att hon bryter mot tidsregeln i sig som är det centrala... det är ju att öppet twittrar om det hela som det är Schiff som bryter mot reglerna... Det är fult gjort.

I morgon kommer boken! Impeachments vara eller inte vara blir nog klarare till veckan. Men republikanernas inställning blir förmodligen likadan som den är i dag och i går och veckan för detta. Med lite andra talkingpoint. Sondland på onsdag är det mest intressanta.

Lawmakers on both sides will likely have tough questions for the hotelier turned Trump-backing diplomat with a messy role at the center of this story.

Det måste vara svårt för republikanerna att veta vad de ska ge som första utsago på 45 minuter och vilka frågor som ska ställas om det är så det är tänkt att fungera med åtta stycken på tre dagar.

Vad ska de liksom fråga om. Det blir väl någon fråga som går att dra ur sitt sammanhang och sen köra det vilt på FOX och Trumps twitterflöde. Någon sammanfattning av vittnesmålet har ju hittills saknats och gör säkerligen den här veckan också.
