Hello,
no I am not Sector7, he would completely agree with you ...
Aha, ok

But I can understand your arguments if you say he planned everything but failed because he thought himself superior to the others. But this has to be prooven by the psychological assesment.
That statement I find a bit odd. You recognize two alternatives, but you require firm evidence on a loose assumption to accept one of them, while the other one is accepted without any evidence (and in fact despite many things pointing in the other direction.)

You mention the forensic results, in my opinion (may be not all facts are published) forensics have not much in hand as it was said that the cause of death cannot be determined because the body was too long in water.
I am sad to see that you add "facts" of your own, I noticed that in your other statement as well.
When it comes to the state of the torso, head and legs, these have been in better state than expected, despite the time in the water. This is what was confirmed by the police and they even commented the findings as being "intact".
What you state above is simply incorrect.
You avoid the question of what killed KW. The most important part in your scenario remains unexplained. Sure you must have some explanation for how KW died in your scenario, yes?
