Jag tror nog inte herr mördarbalt behövde anstränga sig värst mycket för att det skulle se ut som ett sexmord och sadism - det har alla förtecken enbart via silvertejpen som han dragit drygt 3 meter runt huvudet på henne ihop med blottat kön.
