Nationalism och geopolitik - en paradox.

Det finns stora vinster för Europa i detta också. Vi har sett att det är farligt att vara beroende av Kremls gas, och den europeiska energi-importen kommer troligen diversifieras mer framgent än vad som skulle ha varit fallet om inte detta hänt. Vi har till exempel kurder i fd Irak som nu börjar leverera olja, och genom att fortsätta stödja dessa västvänliga grupper kan vi få tillgång till energi på ett bra sätt.

Vidare har vi faktiskt lyckats bryta Ukraina ur Rysslands grepp, något som många inte trodde det "veka och dekadenta" Europa skulle kunna klara. Det är viktigt för att kunna behålla den nuvarande världsordningen att vi inte vek ned oss.

Det viktiga nu är att se till att Ukraina får en riktigt bra nystart. Om vi lyckas få till stora välståndsökningar tillsammans med politisk liberalisering finns möjligheten att den ryska befolkningen till sist kommer inse att framtiden ligger i en liberal demokrati och inte i Dugins reaktionära svammel. Om ryssarna skulle välja att bli en del av den rådande världsordningen i stället för motståndare till den skulle mycket vara vunnet.

While the Kiev junta is waging war against its own people in the Southeast, throughout the country protests are growing due to a catastrophic drop in the standard of living of the populace. An increase in all utility rates is coming July 1. In particular, gas prices for the population of Ukraine will go up by 55-70%; hot water and heating by 40%; electricity by 10-40%, depending on consumption volumes; and centralized water supply and sewage by 78-96%. The greatest increase is expected in Kiev, where on July 1 the price of hot water for Kievans will increase by almost 70% and the price of centralized heating will increase by almost 60%. And this is only the first stage of price increases for utilities, which will continue to grow incrementally until 2017. According to First Deputy Head of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Oksana Kaletnik, in 2015 utility rates will increase by 40%, and in 2016 and 2017 by another 20% per year. The veracity of these figures is dubious, since as of May 1, 2014, for example, the public was paying only 24% of the actual costs for production, transmission and delivery of electricity.

At the same time, the IMF is demanding a rise in rates for the public “to an economically justified level”, that is, total elimination of the system of state subsidies in the utilities field. Given that even now the total debt of the population of Kiev, the richest city in Ukraine, is approaching $80 million, the new rates will be completely unbearable for Ukrainians. And this threatens a real disaster for all vital services systems. Its scale can by estimated judged according to the fact that currently, even before the rate hike, the company Kievenergo is cutting off hot water supplies to 754 apartment buildings in connection with critical indebtedness, and electricity cutoffs have begun in the Pechersk, Holosiiv and Shevchenko districts of the city. Meanwhile, winter is approaching. With the stoppage of supplies of Russian gas, the government is declaring an energy emergency, which could result in frozen residential buildings and hospitals.

SvP och geopolitiken

Vad alla bör känna till, och vad som måste vara utgångspunkt för diskussion och politiska handlingslinjer, är en medvetenhet om det som nu i stora drag pågår i världen.
Efter Berlinmurens fall 1989, Sovjetunionens kollaps 1991 och Warsawapaktens upplösning samma år kunde NATO ha lagts ned.
Så skedde inte! Varför?
Istället har NATO utvidgats med 12 nya medlemsstater, och kommit nära inpå den ryska gränsen. Kuppen i Kiev i februari 2014 och offensiven i Ukraina ligger i linje med detta.
USA arbetar för att ringa in Ryssland och skaffa sig ett militärt övertag som sätter den tidigare kärnvapenbalansen ur spel. Målet ser ut att vara en total världsdominans.

Carl Bildt – Sveriges utrikesminister – har fört Sverige från att vara en förnuftets och moderationens röst internationellt till att bli en hök. Den pågående slakten i östra Ukraina har ivrigt hejats på av denne krigshetsare.
Omläggningen av den svenska utrikespolitiken började dock redan under s-regeringen Persson. Både utrikesminister Anna Lindh och biträdande utrikesminister Pierre Schori stödde NATO:s bombningar av Belgrad 1999.
Efter Palmemordet 1986 och Sovjetunionens upplösning 1991 försvann även den svenska vänstern. Den liksom gick upp i rök. Istället har vi fått en ”bombvänster”, som applåderade bombkriget mot Libyen.

In Jobbik's opinion, as he puts it, Kiev's government attacks its own citizens on an ethnic basis, and these actions are constantly supported by Western governments via political, financial, moral and secret service assistance, as well as by overlooking the violations of the law and the Ukrainian government's cooperation with Chauvinistic local militia.


The events of the past few weeks, the aggressive behaviour of the Kiev government as well as the violations of law conducted amidst the indifference of the Euro-Atlantic world do not promote peace at all; in fact, they project the horrible image of a new cold war,with regard to which the European Union and the United States of America are gravely responsible for intensifying the tension - says Márton Gyöngyösi.

The politician points out that over one hundred thousand Ukrainian citizens have already been forced to leave their homes and seek refuge abroad, the fights have already claimed hundreds of innocent civilian casualties, which raises the suspicion that Kiev may be orchestrating a wilful and systematic genocide in the area of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.

The United States is reportedly preparing to send a team of military advisers into Ukraine to assist with revamping forces there in the midst of the ongoing crisis between government-loyal troops and an anti-Kiev militia.

On Tuesday this week, the Washington Times reported that a spokesperson for the US Department of Defense confirmed plans to put Pentagon advisers in Ukraine.

“Within the next few weeks, a group of Defense Department representatives who specialize in strategy and policy will head to Kiev to evaluate specific programs that the United States may want to help bolster,” reporter Maggie Ybarra wrote for the Times.

The newspaper says that Army Col. Steve Warren, a spokesperson for the Pentagon, told the Times that the objective of sending DoD advisers overseas is to “shape and establish an enduring program for future US efforts to support the Ukrainian military through subject-matter expert teams and long-term advisers.”

RT reported previously back in early June that US military advisers were being offered to Kiev “to help Ukraine build highly effective armed forces and defense institutions” and to “shape and establish an enduring program for future US efforts to support the Ukrainian military through training, education and assistance.”

Vilken inverkan kan denna ”andra pol” ha på världen?

– Inget mindre än en omordning av hela det globala systemet. Troligtvis kommer det förr eller senare också att leda till en omstart av det orättvisa globala finanssystemet – det system vars syfte endast är att omfördela resurser och varor till USA och dess satellitstater. Vi hoppas att denna omstart ska leda till ett mer rättvist system. I dag bestämmer en enda stat var i världen människor ska anses leva demokratiskt och var de inte anses göra det. Där man kan hitta mycket olja lever alltså alla mycket odemokratiskt, och där det inte finns olja tycks allt vara mycket demokratiskt – detta måste äntligen få ett slut! Eller varför bryr sig USA inte om att Saudiarabien inte är det minsta demokratiskt? Varför har man så goda samarbets- och handelsförbindelser med dem? Denna cyniska fars ska äntligen få ett slut. Det är illa nog att ett enda land köper upp hela världens resurser, handelsvaror och tjänster med ”gröna papperslappar” som inte backas upp av några som helst reella värden. Nog är nog!
