Nej, inte än.
Däremot anmälde sig den förtjusande medieoligarken Vadim Rabinovitj häromdagen som en av de förhoppningsfulla presidentkandidaterna, och han tycks övertygad om att han är den överlägset lämpligaste kandidaten.
1999 förbjöds den israeliske medborgaren Rabinovitj beträda ukrainsk mark under fem år:
