Yatseniuk appealed to residents of the south-east
Yatsenyuk noted that many residents of the south-east regional autonomy issues concerned, the problem of language, church relations with the EU and Russia. He said that it was decided to retain the language law as amended Kivalov-Kolesnichenko, adopted in 2012.
Next, expanding the powers of the regions. In the government, we have introduced a special deputy prime minister, whose main task - the decentralization of power.
All of the innovations associated with the decentralization of power, will be displayed in the new Constitution. Constitution we should write together, "- said Yatsenyuk.
We postponed until the signing of the economic section of this document, taking into account the experiences and concerns, would not a free trade zone to negative consequences for the industrial regions, and it is primarily the East.
Relations with the EU and Russia, we do not see on the principle of either-or. Despite the catastrophic deterioration of relations with Russia, admitted no fault of ours, despite the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine, I will do everything possible to not only keep the peace, but also to build a genuine partnership with Russia and good neighborly relations ", - promised Yatsenyuk.

Ukraine's accession to NATO is not on the agenda - Yatsenyuk
Solely for the purpose of preserving the unity of Ukraine's accession to NATO is not on the agenda. Defend the country will have a strong, modern Ukrainian army," - said Yatsenyuk in his address to the people of south-eastern Ukraine.

* Skydd för det ryska språket och andra minoritetsspråk.
* Decentralisering av makten inom ett federalt Ukraina.
* Goda handelsrelationer med både EU och Ryssland.
* Fortsatt alliansfrihet för Ukraina.
