Bra att fler engagerar sig i det här. Hoppas som sagt bara att ingen går på all den här skiten. Har sökt en bra jävla massa lägenheter i Sthlms-området (upp emot 30 på några dagar bara) och fått fem svar hittills - varav två varit scams. Trodde faktiskt inte att det var så här pass vanligt ändå.
Kopierar in ett till och hoppas återigen att man kanske kommer hit om man googlar lite. Någon som vet förresten om quotations är sökbara? Spoilertaggar fattar jag ju att det inte är sökbart, därav quote istället. Mod får säga till om det blir knepigt. I also can not come to Sweden in the near future because I just received a new work contract on the Dunbar Oil platform ( I work as an engineer ) and I will be there for at least 8 months per year. Due to my present situation, I will not be able to use the apartment for at least one year and I have decided that it is better to rent it for an extra income. ( to earn some money ). I really hope to find a good and responsible tenant for the apartment. If you are planning to rent for more then one year, it's not a problem, because I can give it for rent for as long as you need.
Due to my work and also because I can not come to Sweden to show you the apartment in person, I suggest to use a multinational renting service, provided by Yahoo! Real Estate. This is a service provided by Yahoo Company specially for renting transactions. Yahoo! Real Estate has a big experience in such transactions closed over the Internet and their services are the most recommended for such transactions. I have used their services for different things in the past and I was very pleased with what they are offering to their customers ( In Scandinavia, Yahoo Services are recommended by Aftenposten, FINN.no, Blocket.se and Aftonbladet ). Using Yahoo! Real Estate services, the tenant will have a 10 days period to inspect the apartment and then to decide if he wants to rent it or not. Also by using their services, I will not receive any money until you will see the apartment and confirm with Yahoo! Real Estate that you accept to rent it. Yahoo! Real Estate works exactly as an Escrow Company ( If you have never heard how an escrow company works, you can find information anywhere over the Internet about this type of companies / are the most recommended all over the world for any type of transaction ). The renting of the apartment will be done in compliance with Yahoo! Real Estate, with a standard tenancy contract, according to the Swedish federation of house owners and also according to the Swedish legislation. More details regarding the transaction steps I can give you in a separate message ( in case you are interested ) but now I want to give you a few details about the apartment and also about the renting details.
I am renting the apartment for 4.800 SEK per month with everything included ( electricity, water, heating, + 2 parking spaces ). In case we understand for the transaction, I want the tenant to pay one month in advance and one month as guarantee deposit ( there will be a total of 9.600 SEK ). The guarantee deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the contract. Also regarding this thing we can discuss latter. Regarding the apartment conditions I can tell you that it's fully furnished but can be rented unfurnished also and you can deposit my furniture ( and everything you will not use ) in the building storage area.

Minns att annonsen var väldigt knapphändigt skriven, ingen info om varken hyra eller deposition. Försökte nu hitta den igen men den är givetvis borta redan.

Hjälp, Tips lurad på lägenhet!!
Hej, vill ha lite insyn samt tipps från er.
det börjar med att jag går in på blocket, ser en annons och ringer denna kille som vill hyra ut sin lya för utlandsstudier. Det var en person innan mig som ringt på lägenheten men uthyraren som vi kan kalla honom säger att eftersom jag kändes mer pålitlig då han har/hade eller kanske inte ens har en nyrenoverdad lya som han sa.
enda kravet var att jag skulle sätta in 3700 på hans konto dum som man är sagt och gjort.
Men jag krävde ett kontrakt via mejl där han beskriver att jag för över pengar till honom, med hans bank nr, person nr ink. de 4 sista och har även dessa uppgifter på han föräldrar.
jag har lyckats få tag i nr:et till hans mor som säger: han studerar mycket, jag vet inte vart han bor,
ja man kan säga att de ej har god kontakt eller ingen kontakt alls.
nu har hans mor slutat svara i luren då jag ringt 2 ggr och frågat hur det gick och om hon försökt få tag i honom som hon skulle göra. vad ska jag göra nu? en polisanmälan är redan gjord.
vågar man outa honom i syfte att någon här på bygget känner igen honom?? som sagt har alla uppgifter. Han är från örebro...

Har du gett dessa uppgifter till polisen? Gör polisen sitt jobb så ska de väl ta fast honom snart och du få tillbaka dina pengar.

HANDLINGEN ATT BETALA FÖRST OCH SE SEDAN ÄR IDIOTISKT men jag är godtrogen lillevän så kom inte och klanka!
Jag trodde inte att en som lämnar så utförliga uppgifter skulle luras! Jag hade INTE gett ut mitt tele, person nr ink de 4 sista osv till ngn jag ska lura.

Ja jag har angivit varenda siffra på honom. På polisen lät de som att det är troligt att detta leder till åtal så det är bara till att vänta och se. fattar inte hur ond man får vara.

Just detta har det ju kommit varningar mot, i från alla hörn, och någonstans måste man vara riktigt RIKTGT desperat, om man sätter in så mycket pengar på en främlings konto, i tron om att h*n är ärlig. Det är ju bara ett av 1000 nya sätt att bluffa, och alltid är det någon stackare som går bet. Det är ju alldeles för bedrövligt. Du kanske inte är det enda offret som han har bluffat med en lägenhet som inte finns, så hoppas nu polisen fångar honom.

Jag vet men som student tar man minsta chansen man får och ja jag är desperat efter en lya och det var en stor nitlott för mig men man tror inte att folk är så elaka, trots att jag 1000 ggr sett hört folk bli lurade. Man vill tro gott
