Andrahandsscam? [samlingstråd för lägenhetsbedrägerier/scams]

Hej!! Min son ska flytta till stockholm å har sökt på en lgh från blocket... Han har fått svar o denna som svara svarade i första mailet så här (hon har troligtvis översatt då svenskan är knackig)


Hej och ledsen för förseningen,

Lägenheten är fortfarande tillgänglig för uthyrning, är den månatliga hyran för hela lägenheten 8000 kronor, ingår verktyg (el, vatten, gas, TV/Internet).

Jag heter Natasha, Jag kommer ursprungligen från England och jag jobbade i Sverige för Ericsson. Jag hade möjlighet att köpa den här lägenheten och jag bodde under en lång tid. Nu blev jag befordrad till ett bättre jobb tillbaka i min hemstad i England och jag vill inte sälja min lägenhet så jag har valt att hyra. Nu är jag ut ur landet om du väljer att hyra mitt hus, kommer jag att anlita en byrå för att göra transaktionen.

Jag vill berätta för dig att jag är ute efter en seriös, ansvarsfull och ren person att hyra lägenheten som tar hand om lägenheten så att säga sina egna. Så jag skulle vilja veta mer detaljer om dig själv: Hur gammal är du, om du är gift, om du har ett husdjur, yrke osv ...
Jag måste säga att jag har inget emot husdjur. Jag älskar djur och de är välkomna i lägenheten så länge de är rena. Förutom de andra, här är lite information om lägenheten: Lägenheten ligger i ett bra område, är kollektivtrafik precis runt hörnet, grannar är trevliga folk och du kommer att få tillsammans med dem väl.
Lägenheten är precis som på bilderna, fullt möblerade, fullt utrustade, så att du inte behöver något mer för att röra sig i (du kan även ta med egna saker, möbler om du har). Parkering för två bilar ingår.

Jag talar inte svenska mycket väl, om möjligt, svara mig på engelska.

Hello again and thank you for your prompt response.

At this time the apartment is vacant and you can move when you want after we finalize all formalities. I'm not pretentious but I hope you are a serious person and you take care of the furniture and appliances. You can rent the apartment for a minimum period of 6 months. The maximum period is 2 years (as stipulated by Swedish law), with possibility of extension.
The renting conditions are: first month payment plus a refundable security deposit of 10.000 SEK is required (you get them back at the end of your stay). In total 18.000 Swedish Kr payment for you can move in the apartment.

I want to tell you that I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with a couple interested in the apartment. I was in Sweden to meet with them. When I got there, I waited in the airport but they didn't called me. It was a huge inconvenience for me. Because of this and as I said in the first email I want to rent my flat only through a international real estate agency. I've already spoken to an agency of this kind, that is named Homes24. They handle all necessary documents and have employees in Sweden. I'll pay the fees charged by them.

I will make the pre-contract with the agency to leave the keys in their custody and they will contact you with the required rental formalities so you can make the necessary payment deposit to move in. When the agency confirm your bank deposit they will send the keys to Sweden so you can go with their agents to visit the apartment. If you like it and want to stay there your payment will be considered the first month paid in advance including your security deposit. In the case you don't like the flat in 24 hours the agency will make you full refund (without any fees).

If you can send me a copy of your identity card or passport, is even better. The day of the visit the apartment, you're going to establish directly with the real estate agency, after you pay the rental deposit required.

Ja kolla upp homes24 o det verkar vara ett riktigt företag å så men ni som har bättre koll, kan man lita på detta eller är det bara skit??

Namnet finns ej på eniro/hitta o mailen blir ingen träff på heller. Vi skulle aldrig betala pengar innan vi fått kontakt me homes24 eller någon annan bekräftelse så klart
